The Gers U9s were in competitive action at a blitz hosted by Cooley Kickhams onMonday. The Gers fielded two strong squads with 23 players in total pulling on the green Jersey and played against 1 team each from St Mochtas, Glyde Rangers and Sean O'Mahonys. The boys showed huge improvements since their last blitz, with some amazing blocking, tackling and some excellent score taken. All the training is really paying off with the players have improved greatly across the board.

All players received equal game time, and all had a great time playing gaelic football, making friends and having fun. Thanks to all the parents for making the long journey out to Cooley and cheering on the boys.
