GERALDINES GFC CLUB NOTES

MONDAY 30 MAY 2022

The Senior Men recorded a hard victory away to neighbours the Brides on Sunday afternoon, final score 1-10 to 1-08. There is no senior fixture next weekend. Our Junior Men have a home match against the Pats on Tuesday night, throw in at 7.30 pm.  

Our Senior Ladies won the Winter Cup B final on Sunday morning in Darver, with a convincing win over Naomh Fionnbarra. This was after successfully navigating a semi final on Tuesday evening with victory over Stabannon Parnells. On Friday evening our ladies lost to Cooley in the Adult B league. On Sunday the ladies have a Sunday League fixture at home to Dundalk Gaels, throw in at 11.30 am.

Congrats to all Gers players who represented their County over the weekend. All in the club are very proud of you.
