Thursday night saw the u12 boys continue their league campaign with a home match versus Glyde Rangers.

There was a total of 17 players on the night each getting lots of game time.

Against a strong opposition the Gers boys put in a big first half and would go into the break 2 points down on a score of 6 points to 2-2. There was great tackling and blocking in defence in particular from Bryan, Emett and Isaac.

With a strong wind against them and Glyde putting them under huge pressure the boys eventually ran out of steam in the second half. They would go on to lose on a final score of 0-7 to 3-10.

The boys put in a huge effort on the night, kept tackling and working hard right to the end of the match. They can all be really proud of the effort and performance they put into the match.

Thanks to Glyde for a very sporting encounter and an entertaining match on the night.

The boys are back training on Monday night 6.15 to 7.30.

Keep the heads up lads. The hardwork now will pay off in the future.
