Gers Ladies Junior 2 continue their good form

The Geraldines Ladies Junior 2 team continued their good form to make it 3 wins out of three when they overcame Dundalk Young Irelands on Sunday morning. This team is a predominately made up of girls that are otherwise fully committed to study / work and U16’s starting their journey into adult football. They combined to provide a great spectacle of football – accurate scoring, out in front to win possession, courageous blocking, comfortable ball carrying, high fielding and the rest of the core football skills.

The girls now look forward to their fourth match at home next Sunday morning against Cuchulainn Gaels.
