Friday night saw the u12 boys continue their league campaign with a home match versus Cooley.

It was a tale of two halves on the night. The first half saw the Gers boys start strong and scoring early goals. They would finish the half 10 points up on a score of 3-7 to 6 points.

Cooley started the second half with huge energy and scored some excellent points. In the final quarter they scored two goals which would ultimately push them in front on the night. Final score of 3-11 to 2-18.

A disappointing result for the boys after an exceptional first half of football.

Thanks to Cooley for a very sporting encounter and an entertaining match on the night.

Big welcome to Aine Lynch who has joined the boys u12 coaching panel for 2022.

The boys are back training on Monday morning 10.30am.
